Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Org.Tech website and managed AI infrastructure services provided by Mind Model AI ("we", "us", "Org.Tech"). By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

Org.Tech provides managed private AI infrastructure deployed inside your AWS environment. Our services include:

  • Deployment and configuration of AI compute resources (Amazon Bedrock)
  • RAG pipeline setup and maintenance
  • Ongoing infrastructure monitoring and optimization
  • Monthly security reviews and compliance reporting
  • Employee training and onboarding materials

3. Subscription and payment

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is as quoted in your service agreement. Payment is due on the first of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 60 days written notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining your AWS account and root credentials
  • Providing necessary access for us to deploy and manage infrastructure
  • Ensuring your use of AI services complies with applicable laws
  • Not using the services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Our responsibilities

  • Deploying and maintaining AI infrastructure as described in your service agreement
  • Providing monthly optimization and security reviews
  • Responding to support requests within agreed SLA timeframes
  • Notifying you of any security incidents within 72 hours
  • Keeping your data within the agreed geographic boundary (ca-central-1)

6. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data processed through your AI infrastructure. We do not claim any rights to your data. All AI models, knowledge bases, and outputs generated within your environment belong to you.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12-month period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will assist with transition and ensure all infrastructure access is properly transferred or decommissioned according to your instructions.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
