Org.Tech is a managed private AI service operated by Mind Model AI. We deploy governed AI infrastructure inside your network - inside your AWS environment, in the ca-central-1 region. Our website is located at https://org.tech.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Name, email address, and organization name when you sign up or book a discovery call.
- Communication data: Messages you send through our contact form or chat interface.
- Usage data: Basic analytics about how you interact with our website (pages visited, time on site).
- Technical data: Browser type, IP address, and device information for security and performance purposes.
We do not collect or access the data you process through your deployed AI infrastructure. That data remains entirely within your AWS environment.

4. Data storage and residency
Your account and communication data is stored in AWS ca-central-1 (Canada). We do not transfer personal information outside of Canada except where necessary for specific third-party services (e.g., email delivery), and only with appropriate safeguards in place.
Data processed through your deployed AI platform remains entirely within your AWS account and VPC - we have no access to it beyond what is required for infrastructure management.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
- AWS: Our cloud infrastructure provider, used to host our services in ca-central-1.
- Payment processors: Stripe, for handling subscription payments securely.
- Legal compliance: When required by Canadian law or regulation.
6. Your rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Withdraw consent to processing
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use basic analytics to understand site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
